At the Violin & Jazz Studio we strive to help further your understanding and appreciation of music. We wish to inspire students to make music an integral part of their lives. We believe that no matter what your experience or background, the ability to make music can greatly enhance your life and the lives of others. Our goal is to help cultivate the diverse interests and abilities of each of our students. We enjoy teaching every stage of musical development from the absolute beginner to the aspiring professional.
We offer private study in violin, trumpet, keyboard, drums, theory and improvisation. We are well versed in a variety of teaching methods and are flexible with our lesson offering. This flexibility allows us to find the best method possible for each individual student. Indeed, we strive to design the lessons according to the individuals’ needs, interests and style of learning. Ultimately we try to give students the tools to develop musicianship and the freedom to make any type of music they choose.
