Whether you are taking music lessons for the first time, or you are an experienced player wanting to refine your technical and musical abilities, you will enjoy the individually tailored music lessons offered at the Violin Studio located in Ottawa, ON.
Learn to master the basics with professionally trained musicians while exploring your own unique musical style in the following genres; Classical, Jazz, Blues, Celtic, Folk, Pop or Rock.
Private music lessons and small group classes are offered in one, or any combination of the following; Violin lessons, Keyboard lessons, Trumpet lessons, Drum lessons, Drum Circles, Music theory classes, Jazz and Improvisation lessons.
In addition to private music lessons, and group music classes, we offer unique combination classes that we like to call "a la carte" lessons which allow beginners to explore several different instruments and styles, without having to enroll in multiple classes! Lessons are complimented by optional student concerts and the ability to make a professionally recorded CD at Ascension Sound Studios.

Student Concerts & Recordings
At the end of each year - if a student wishes to perform - they are welcome to participate in the year-end recital.
Students are also given the opportunity to work towards a professional quality recording in a solo or ensemble format. Recording a professional demo CD can be an exciting and motivational goal to work towards. Not only does making a CD give one a sense of fulfillment, but it can be one of the best learning tools to illustrate ones achievements. Of course, it can also be something to simply enjoy and share with others.
